It is reported that the hotels created with Porsche Design will each have at least 150 rooms, restaurants, bars, and expansive health and beauty facilities.

“Our two companies unite the very best of both worlds,” added Deutsche Hospitality chief executive Marcus Bernhardt. “Porsche Design brings a unique design philosophy to the partnership. And there is scarcely any company in the hotel business other than Steigenberger which has brought so much quality, service and passion to bear over a period of more than 90 years. With these strengths, we create a new and exciting product that will encourage people to rediscover the hotel sector.”

Deutsche Hospitality is aiming for “significant worldwide growth by 2027” and believes its partnership with Porsche Design will be an important step in “meeting growing requirements for individuality, exclusivity, design and an inimitable hotel experience.”
